Singapore, 17 June 2026 — Guild Solutions, Inc. (GSI) took home the Best Employee Experience Award at the CX Asia Excellence Awards 2026, marking a significant achievement in the company’s ongoing commitment to its people and workplace culture.
Held at Amara Sentosa in Singapore, the awards ceremony brought together leading organisations from across the region. GSI stood out among a strong field of well-established Asian companies, earning top honours for its exceptional focus on employee engagement and experience.
“We are overwhelmed and ecstatic to be recognised as best in employee experience, given the well-known companies in Asia who were also nominated in this category,” said GSI CEO Engelbert “Gel” Nolasco.
Leadership and Team Recognition
The award was received by Gel Nolasco, alongside Regional Operations Manager Alwin Bulosan and Head of Technology Ian Panoncillo, both of whom were acknowledged for their leadership and contributions to the organisation’s success.
