  • Internal GSI Data: Processed within Microsoft 365 cloud services, which comply with ISO 27001 and regional privacy laws.
  • Cross-Border Transfers: GSI does not transfer Guild data outside Australia. Internal GSI data is handled in compliance with AU and PH regulations.

6. How We Protect Your Data

We implement strong security measures, including:

  • Encryption: Data at rest and in transit.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): For all privileged and remote access.
  • Endpoint Protection: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune compliance.
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Using Microsoft Purview.
