“Over the past couple of weeks, I have been training Estie on some more complex tasks—specifically, preparing the Eclipse BDX and completing the BDX reconciliation. Both activities can be challenging, particularly when formulas don’t behave as expected.

I wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with the preparation Estie has put into our training sessions and how quickly he has picked up these tasks. His ability to learn them not only eases the workload for me but also gives me confidence knowing that this knowledge is now shared.

In addition, I understand Estie has been training Gimo on processing Eclipse, and I really appreciate that he has been making good use of my HDI document. A lot of effort goes into creating those resources, and there’s no better test of their effectiveness than seeing them support someone who is learning something new.
